WHO I AM

Sue Parsley Is the Owner of Lenox Yoga Studio in Downtown Lenox Mass.,  and the Wellness Director at CMC Berkshires, an Exclusive Property nestled in New Marlborough Mass .

 

Sue  has a masters degree in teaching is a certifiedadvanced yoga instructor specializing in Corporate Wellness.  Over the past 30 years, Sue has taught at many WORLD CLASS facilities  including Canyon Ranch Lenox,  Wheatleigh Hotel in the Berkshires, Club Westmoor in Nantucket,The Ritz Carlton Jamaica, and as a representative for Fitbodies International for many amazing venues. As a former athlete and coach, Sue quickly found her way to the forefront of yoga teachers with her precise instruction and athletic edge. Her unique approach has been caught the attention of fitness enthusiasts everywhere.  The fitness expertise she adds to each of her classes makes them palatable to both the seasoned practitioner and the weekend athlete.

 

Sue works with many celebrities and high profile clients sculpting their bodies naturally.and her approach has landed her respective Awards for Outstanding Guest Service at Canyon Ranch for 10 years in a row. This year Sue was named Ambassador to The Canyon Ranch Institute, an honor reserved for those who embody the highest standards of wellness,  both personally and professionally.

 

In addition to her classes, Sue continues to present lectures and workshops, Her Lecture “Yoga, What to Know Before you go” was recently published and presented at Canyon Ranch, and you can access her monthly blogs on the CMC link below.
In her free time Sue likes to travel extensively and to take her yoga practice afloat with SUP yoga .In addition to her yoga and fitness credentials, Sue also holds a Masters Degree in Education and Teaching, and is an active Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and owner of Lenox Mountain Properties. 

Certfications: Include  EYT, RYT Yoga, Group Fitness, Personal Training,Zumba, Zenga, LaBlast, Coreageous, Mat Pilates, TRX, FMS, Bosu.
Specialties Include: Corporate Wellness, Rehabilitation through yoga, Yoga for Directed athletic training, Chair Yoga and Ashtanga.
